Personalized items, custom-made items, or items with color or element changes cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact me with any concerns, and I will offer special conditions for your next order with the necessary corrections.

Packaging Guarantee
To ensure safe delivery, each item is packaged in a gift box. Additionally, your entire order is packed in a shipping box for extra protection.
