I create an order in 3 business days without personalization and in 7 business days with personalization.(Saturday and Sunday are not working days) I usually try to create and send an order as quickly as possible. After creation, I send your the order

Standard delivery takes about 10-25 days. Unfortunately, I can not influence the speed of the delivery services. I try to create an order and ship as quickly as possible

If you receive a damaged item or it is lost in transit, I will be very upset, but I will re-create your order and ship it to you or refund your payment Be sure to email me immediately and send a photo of the damaged product

Personalized products can NOT be returned or exchanged. I can create a new order and send it again with shipping charges. I can replace an order without personalization after I receive it in original condition.
