If your order includes personalization or customization, I will send you a photo for approval before shipping.

Delivery Time and Cost

UPS Express delivery: 7-9 business days.
FedEx Standard delivery: 9-11 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for each item are specified on the product page and depend on the size and weight of the item according to the carrier's rates, ranging from $9 to $29.
Free shipping for orders over $900.

Safe Packing with Gift Box

Each item is packaged in a separate gift box.
Orders are additionally packed in a shipping box to ensure safety and integrity during transportation.
We guarantee a replacement shipment at our expense or a refund in case of damage. Please contact us immediately via email and send a photo of the damaged item.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Charges

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
