Return and Exchange
I can replace the order without personalization after I receive it in its original condition. Or return the payment if the order is no longer relevant.
Individual(personalization) products are NOT eligible for return or exchange. I can create a new order and send it again with shipping charges.
Request of cancellation can be done within 12 hours of purchase.
If the order is completed, but you refuse it before sending, I will refund the shipping amount.
Parcel damage and loss
If you receive an item that is damaged or lost in transit, I will be very upset, but I will recreate your order and ship it to you or refund your payment. Be sure to email me immediately and send a photo of the damaged product.
Order with an error
If I made a mistake, I will correct it (I will create a new product and send it to you or refund the payment). If the error is your fault (the information is incorrect), I will create the order again and send it to you at your expense. Please confirm the cost estimate. I really appreciate every client and the time spent on working with my hands.
Shipping and Delivery
I will create an order 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) and then send it to you. Standard delivery 10-25 days. Express delivery 10-16days.
If it is important to receive on a specific date, please write me about it in the order.
Unfortunately, I cannot influence the speed of the delivery services, but I will try to create an order quickly and send it out earlier.
How long will you create my order?
I create an order in 3 working days without personalization and 7 working days with personalization. (Saturday and Sunday are non-working days). After creating an order with personalization, I will send you a photo for verification and I will wait 24 hours for a response, and only then will I send it. I usually try to create and ship an order as quickly as possible.
